How does mobile pet grooming work?
Our professional groomers, Heather and Ava, drive the grooming van to your location. You simply book an appointment, provide us with necessary details about your pet, and we handle the rest. No more stressful trips to the groomer!
What services do you offer and what is included?
Basic Bath, Face, Feet and Fannies, and Full Service Cut. Our mobile grooming van brings all these services right to your doorstep for maximum convenience.
The Basic Bath service includes a thorough wash with pet-friendly shampoo, blow-dry, brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. Your pet will come out looking and smelling fresh!
Face, Feet and Fannies service focuses on the essential grooming areas: trimming around the face, feet, and sanitary areas. It’s perfect for pets that need a little touch-up between full grooming sessions.
The Full Service Cut includes everything in the Basic Bath, plus a full-body haircut according to your specifications. Our groomers are skilled in various styles and can tailor the cut to your pet’s breed and your preferences.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
Is mobile grooming stressful for pets?
Many pets find mobile grooming less stressful than traditional grooming salons because it eliminates the need for travel and exposure to other animals. Our groomers create a calm, familiar environment right at your home.
How long does a grooming session take?
The duration of a grooming session depends on the service and the size of your pet. On average, a Basic Bath takes about 45 minutes, a Face, Feet and Fannies service takes about an hour, and a Full Service Cut can take up to 2 hours.
What if my pet has special needs or medical conditions?
We always strive to accommodate pets with special needs or medical conditions. Please provide detailed information when booking your appointment so we can ensure your pet receives the best possible care.
Can I request a specific groomer, Heather or Ava?
Absolutely! When booking, you can specify your preference for Heather or Ava. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on their availability.
How can I participate in the referral program?

How do I prepare my pet for their grooming session?
